Terms of Use — KaspaDash

These terms govern your use of the KaspaDash mobile app ("KaspaDash", "the app"), published by Apposite Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What KaspaDash Is

KaspaDash is a free, ad-supported app that displays public information about the Kaspa network and KRC-20 tokens. This includes price, supply, network statistics, blocks, transactions, addresses and wallet distribution.

KaspaDash is an information tool only. It is not a wallet, an exchange or a trading platform. It cannot hold, send, receive or access your funds, and it never asks for your private keys or seed phrase. If anyone claiming to represent KaspaDash asks for these, it is a scam.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in KaspaDash is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any cryptoasset.

Cryptoassets are high-risk and largely unregulated in the UK. Their value can go down as well as up, and you could lose all the money you invest. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consider getting independent advice before making any financial decision.

3. Data Accuracy

KaspaDash gets its data from third-party services, including the public Kaspa API and the Kasplex KRC-20 indexer. We work to present this data accurately, but we don't control these sources, and we can't guarantee that any figure is complete, accurate, current or available at all times. Data may be delayed, interrupted or incorrect.

Always verify important information, such as a transaction's status or an address's balance, with an independent source before relying on it.

4. Independence

KaspaDash is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Kaspa project, its developers or community, Kasplex, or any token shown in the app. Names such as "Kaspa" and token tickers are used only to identify the data being displayed.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use KaspaDash. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or decompile the app, except where the law allows it
• use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• interfere with the app, its advertising or the services it relies on, including by sending excessive automated requests
• click ads artificially, or generate fake ad impressions
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other notices

7. Advertising and Third-Party Links

KaspaDash is funded by ads served by Google AdMob. The app may also link to external websites.

We don't endorse, and aren't responsible for, any third-party website, product, service or advertisement. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them, and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, text and graphics, is owned by Apposite Labs Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Public blockchain data shown in the app is not owned by us.

9. Availability and Changes

The app is provided free of charge. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, without notice and without liability to you. You may need to install updates to keep using the app.

10. Liability

1. The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the app or its data.
2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its data. This includes:
   • trading or investment losses
   • lost profits or opportunities
   • losses caused by inaccurate, delayed or unavailable data
   • losses caused by third-party websites, services or ads
3. Because the app is free, if we are found liable to you for any reason, our total liability is limited to £50.
4. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. App Stores

These terms are between you and Apposite Labs Ltd only, not Apple or Google. We, not the app store, are solely responsible for the app and its content. Where you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

You must also comply with the terms of the app store you downloaded the app from.

12. Ending Your Use

You can stop using KaspaDash at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 13 continue to apply after your use ends.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know within the app or on this page. If you continue to use the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
