Terms of Service — Simple Yoga

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Simple Yoga (the "App"), developed by Apposite Labs Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Simple Yoga is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to browse yoga poses, take or upload photos of yourself practising, and receive an automated pose score and feedback.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's underlying models or code
• Use the App in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Simple Yoga is not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, or physical therapy.

The pose scores and feedback provided by the App are generated automatically using on-device pose detection and are estimates only — they are not clinically validated and should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment of your form, safety, or physical condition.

You should:

• Consult a qualified instructor or medical professional before starting any new physical activity, particularly if you have an existing injury, condition, or concern
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort while practising
• Use your own judgement at all times — the App's feedback is a guide, not an instruction to follow blindly

You use the App, and practise any pose shown or scored within it, entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apposite Labs Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App.

3. Your Content

Photos you take or upload within the App are processed and stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your own photos. We do not access, collect, or store your photos on our servers.

4. Advertising

Simple Yoga is ad-supported on Android via Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads shown within the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, pose library, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Apposite Labs Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including Pexels (stock photography), Google AdMob (advertising), and Sentry (crash reporting). Your use of the App is also subject to the relevant terms of these providers where applicable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pose detection and scoring will be accurate for every user, pose, or photo.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apposite Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
