By downloading or using the Gold Central mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. About the App

Gold Central is developed and operated by Apposite Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17153038), Office 9633, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX.

The App provides live gold price data, valuation calculators, an AI-powered gold scanner, and general educational information about gold and precious metals.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All prices, valuations, and estimates are provided for informational purposes only. The value of precious metals can fall as well as rise. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decisions.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data in the App is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any prices, valuations, or AI-generated results. You use the App and rely on its outputs entirely at your own risk.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyse images and generate responses. AI outputs are estimates only and may be incorrect. We accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Affiliate Links

The App contains a referral link to BullionVault. If you open an account via this link, Apposite Labs Ltd may receive a commission at no cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, services, or conduct of BullionVault or any other third-party website.

7. Advertising

The App is free to use and is supported by advertising via Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that adverts will be displayed. Ad personalisation is subject to your consent preferences.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the App's API
• Misuse the AI scanner or chat features for purposes other than their intended use

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App is the property of Apposite Labs Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apposite Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from reliance on prices or valuations provided.

11. Availability

We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
