These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Colorly: Colouring Book mobile application ("the App"), operated by Apposite Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the App

2. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate colouring illustrations. You acknowledge that:

• All generated content is produced automatically and may vary in quality
• We do not guarantee that content will meet any specific requirements
• Generated content is intended for personal, recreational use only
• You must not use generated content for commercial purposes without our express written consent

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and all generated content, is owned by or licensed to Apposite Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes.

You may save and share completed colouring images for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

4. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional paid features. Where applicable:

• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the relevant app store's refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue premium features at any time

5. Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You may remove ads by upgrading to a premium subscription where available.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Any generated content will meet your expectations
• Defects will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apposite Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Children's Use

The App is suitable for a general audience including families and children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms
