Colori: Colouring Book ("the App", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The free version of the App is supported by advertising served via Google AdMob, which operates as a mediated advertising network. This means multiple ad networks may serve ads through AdMob within the App. Advertising may involve:

• Banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads
• Rewarded ads are entirely optional and user-initiated

Device identifiers used for advertising:

• iOS: We display the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If you decline, only non-personalised ads are shown and no advertising identifier is accessed.
• Android: Google Advertising ID (GAID) may be used to deliver relevant ads, in accordance with your device-level ad personalisation settings.

AdMob and its mediation partners may collect device identifiers, IP address (used to infer general region), and ad interaction data. Third-party ad networks that may serve ads in this App include:

• Google AdMob & Play Services
• AppLovin
• Unity Ads

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. Premium Features

The App may offer optional paid features ("Premium"). If you purchase Premium:

• Your payment is processed securely by a third-party provider (e.g. Apple App Store / Google Play)
• We do not store or have access to your payment card details
• Purchase status may be stored to unlock features across devices

Some user data (such as saved images, progress, or preferences) may be stored securely to:

• Sync your experience across sessions
• Maintain your progress and settings
• Restore your content if you reinstall the App

You can reset or remove stored data by clearing the App data on your device.

8. Children's Privacy (Age 13+)

Colori: Colouring Book is intended for users aged 13 and over. The App is not directed at children under 13 and is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme.

Because the App uses Google AdMob for advertising, and AdMob may collect device identifiers and serve interest-based ads, the App is rated for users 13 and above in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has used the App and provided personal data, please contact us at info@appositelabs.co.uk and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access your data, request deletion, withdraw consent for certain processing, and opt out of personalised advertising via device settings.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and alteration or disclosure. However, no system is 100% secure.
