1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Bug Identifier By Picture, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Bug Identifier By Picture is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

3. AI-Generated Results

Identification results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They may not be accurate. Do not rely on Bug Identifier By Picture results to make decisions about safety, health, or pest control. Always consult a qualified professional if you are uncertain about a species, particularly if it may be dangerous.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's own refund policy provides.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are limited to a set number of identifications per day. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time.

6. Advertising

Free users see adverts served by Google AdMob. We have no control over the content of those adverts. You can remove adverts by subscribing to Bug Identifier Pro.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within the app are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Bug Identifier By Picture, including but not limited to reliance on identification results.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
